Spring Approaches
It’s basically the end of February. As we get closer to spring, many look forward to warmer weather, blooming flowers, clearer skies and spring treats. One thing for sure is that in Japan, people are looking forward to viewing the cherry blossoms, sakura. 🌸🌸
While waiting however, they are certainly enjoying sakura treats. Shops are already clad in sakura decor and are serving and offering delightful bites and beverages. Coffee shops are no exception.
Starbuck’s Spring Special
Passed by Starbucks and certainly “felt” spring. They are now offering sakura strawberry frappuccino and sakura milk latte. The latter has a “cherry tree” on top. What a way to ring in spring.
Other shops have their coffee packages dressed in sakura as well. It brings a warm feeling. Spring is in the air.
