Smoothies Coffee and Pumpkin for My Breakfast

Smoothies Coffee banana and pumpkin taste very delicious for my breakfast. The taste is creamy and makes my stomach full.

Pumpkin is a food that contains many nutrients and is good for the health. Fruit that has yellow flesh is rich in vitamin A and fiber, which can be filling. What happens if the pumpkin dish is combined with coffee? it is a delicious and nutritious combination.

Morning time is an important moment to start activities. It takes energy intake to start the activity. Coffee is a drink that increases energy and enthusiasm, and eliminates sleepiness.

Creamy Coffee smoothies Pumpkin



Well… for those of you who are on a diet, this coffee, banana and pumpkin smoothie is perfect for breakfast, and your nutritional needs are meal. Smoothies Coffee banana and pumpkin taste very delicious and healthy for the body. Pumpkin and bananas can also make the stomach full.

Chocolate makes smoothies taste sweeter, because I don't use sugar either. The sweet taste is obtained from frozen banana slices, which makes smoothies more fragrant and sweet. Messi's Ceres makes sweet taste.

Materials need are:

• 1 pack of White coffee
•1 packet dark choco mocca
• 1 tablespoon Meses Ceres
• 1 pieces banana (cut and put frozen)
• 2 grams pumpkin
• 5 ice cubes

Step 1: Brew White coffee packet and let' it cool

Step 2: Mix Coffee, pumpkin, banana and Ice cube together

Step 3: Blender all ingredients together



Making Steps

• Brew white coffee and choco mocha with hot water
• Add 2 ice cubes to cool the coffee, make the temperature the same when blended
• Add banana, pumpkin, 3 ice cubes
• Blend the ingredients
• Blender to blend everything
• After all flat, serve in a serving glass
• Sprinkle meses ceres as a topping
