β50 milliliters of soybean oil
β30 grams of organic bitter chocolate drops, without additives
β1 teaspoon baking powder (4 grams)

βIn a large bowl place the ingredients one by one, first the hatina that we pass through a fine sieve to sernir, then we continue with all the ingredients and we beat at a moderate pace with the mixer until a homogeneous cream is formed.
βIn silicone molds, we place the layer and place 1 and a half tablespoons of the mixture. Place some chocolate drops on top of the mixture and bake in an electric oven for 12 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius.
βRemove from the oven and prick with a skewer stick to see if they are ready. Unmold and serve with a cup of coffee.
