It is never too late or too early to have coffee, an invitation to have a cup of coffee is always welcome, whether it is in a place already visited before and if it is new, the same or better, because you are about to discover if that place is ideal for another visit.

So today while doing some shopping at the supermarket I told my husband to have coffee in the supermarket, within the supermarket chain that we usually visit there is always a Don Elias coffee, I had some time without taking one of their rich coffees and try their pastries.

The truth is that sometimes not tasting something makes us forget how good it is, the truth is that we did not have much money, but we still decided to treat ourselves and have a little conversation in a place different from our house.

We ordered a couple of small lates and a small piece of ham to share, the conversation in a different place was really good and even better when we had a couple of rich and steaming coffees, the conversation became more fluid because we even had an opinion about their taste and texture, I must confess that I forgot how hot the coffees prepared in espresso machines are and I burned my tongue a little bit.

As for the cachito, it was fresh, very fresh, you could tell it was prepared today, that is something we customers appreciate and value, I particularly do not give a second chance to a place where they have served me something old, it is terrible to order a dessert or a dish and notice that it has many hours or is reheated.

On the other hand, this time I noticed that the cafeteria has napkin holders with the silhouette of their image, which is a hat, I love that about this place that everything they present is personalized, that is, as I see it, they take great care so that their customers fix their brand in their minds.

I also noticed that they are now preparing pizzas and selling the portions, they look fluffy and juicy, plus they smell really, really good, which makes it really tempting, I will probably go there another day to try it and see if it tastes as good as it smells.

What I remembered from this experience is that sometimes you have to stop denying yourself so much the good times, money comes and goes, but the moments however brief or fleeting they may be, but that we enjoy them with the ones we love is something we treasure and that keeps our hearts and souls warm.

Undoubtedly, having a Don Elías café nearby, where the coffee is well prepared and the pastries are always fresh, is something I love and hope to enjoy again soon, either in the company of family or friends.

Ending the return, enjoying a coffee in a place already known and in a different environment was nice and reminded me that we should enjoy life and forget from time to time so much stress that surrounds us.

Nunca es tarde o muy temprano para tomar café, siempre será bienvenida una invitación a tomar una taza, ya sea en un lugar ya visitado anteriormente y si es nuevo igual o mejor, pues se está por descubrir si ese local es ideal para alguna otra visita.

Así hoy mientras hacemos unas compras en el supermercado le dije a mi esposo para tomar café en el súper, dentro de la cadena de supermercados que solemos visitar hay siempre un café Don Elías, tenía algún tiempo sin tomar uno de sus ricos cafés y probar de su pastelería.

La verdad es que a veces el dejar de probar algo nos hace olvidar lo rico que es, la verdad no teníamos mucho dinero, pero igual decidimos darnos el gusto y tener un rato de conversación en un lugar diferente a nuestra casa.

Pedimos un par de lates pequeños y un cachito de jamón para compartirlo, de verdad la conversación en un lugar diferente fue rica y más cuando llegaron ese par de ricos y humeantes cafés, la conversación se volvió más fluida porque hasta opinamos de su sabor y textura, debo confesar que olvide lo caliente que suelen estar los cafés preparados en máquinas exprés y me queme un poco la lengua.

En cuanto al cachito estaba fresco, muy fresco, se notaba que fue preparado hoy mismo, eso es algo que los clientes agradecemos y valoramos, yo particularmente no le doy una segunda oportunidad a un lugar donde me hayan servido algo viejo, es terrible pedir un postre o algún plato y notar que tiene muchas horas o está recalentado.

Por otro lado, esta vez noté que la cafetería posee servilleteros con la silueta de su imagen, la cual es un sombrero, me encanta eso de este lugar que todo lo que presentan está personalizado, es decir, como yo le veo se esmeran para que sus clientes fijen su marca en la mente.

También noté que ahora están preparando pizzas y vendiendo las porciones, se ven esponjosas y jugosas, además de que huelen muy, muy bien, lo que la hace verdaderamente tentadora, es probable que me acerque otro día para probar y saber si sabe tan bien como huele.

Lo que recordé de esta experiencia es que a veces hay que dejar de negarse tanto los buenos ratos, el dinero va y viene, pero los momentos por más breves o fugases que puedan ser, pero que los disfrutemos junto a los que amamos es algo que atesoramos y que nos mantiene al corazón y el alma calentita.

Sin duda tener un café Don Elías cerca en el que se preparan bien el café y que su pastelería siempre está fresca, es algo que me encanta y que espero volver a disfrutar pronto, ya sea en compañía de familia o amigos.

Terminando el volver, disfrutar de un café en un lugar ya conocido y en un ambiente diferente al de siempre fue agradable y me hizo recordar que debemos disfrutar la vida y olvidarnos de vez en cuando de tanto estrés que nos rodea.
