Nice summer memories. This was before the war. Then we often went to the forest. Now our forests are mined and I try to be very careful and walk only on proven roads. Needless to say, this is not conducive to mushroom hunting. Unfortunately, this will not change for many years to come. Even if I can watch carefully and be careful, what about dogs? The poor things are now deprived of the pleasure of running through the forest.

But that trip to the forest was wonderful. There were a lot of mushrooms. It is not far from my house, because I live almost in the forest. We wandered through the forest and I collected gifts for my squirrels. Therefore, in my basket were not only ordinary mushrooms, but also tree and hazelnuts.

when we got home, I immediately gave some of the mushrooms to the squirrels to please them. I dried the rest and added them to their food in the winter.
