REWARD AND RECOGNITION

I welcome y'all to my blog once more @nasri11👌, this time we gonna look into a critical issue which most of us if not all have in one way or the other either witnessed or probably experienced, oh yes you guessed well am talking about reward and recognition, it doesn't necessarily mean only in work places , as a matter of fact it practically happens in every organisation we find ourselves in, it might be a telecommunications industry, it might be a movie industry, music industry, production industry, talk more of organisations even in government so name it, it's practically every where,, so we gonna roll on this topic together..

INTRODUCTION
Firstly... Let me start by asking this question, What is reward? According to Oxford dictionary it defines reward as "something given in recognition of service, effort or achievement,. You can now see that rewards actually have everything to do with recognition which means one can't be rewarded without being recognised in the first place. Now let's see the meaning of recognition... according to the same Oxford dictionary it defines recognition as "identification of someone or something or person from previous encounters or knowledge". I hope we can now see the connection between reward and recognition,? ..... Now, let's try put the two words together (rewards and recognition) and see the meaning.. rewards and recognition is a process or method where people ( individual or group of people) are acknowledged for there performance, contribution or achievement. Both reward and recognition goes hand in glove.

IMPORTANCE OF REWARD AND RECOGNITION
Now , let's relate the importance of recognising and rewarding employees in different parastatals of industries, companies, churches, government and so on , you can name them...
One of the major importance of reward and recognition of employees in any parastatals is motivation, yes you heard me correctly, motivation is a key tool to get your employees work hard and make good results for you as an employer and organisation at large, these motivation can come in either reward , recognition or reward and recognition. It also improves both individual and team value and efforts, it also capable of increasing customers satisfaction thereby earning more customers through it . Just like some of the high contributors of #proofofbrain need reward and recognition.. people like @amr008 @agr8buzz @adhammer @aftabkhan10 @anacristinasilva @bitcoinflood @chorock @onealfa.pob @proofofbrainio... Just to mention but few.

CONCLUSION
Although reward and recognition in many parastatals like government and others has now become a thing to be doubtful of, which can even be bought with money and not earned through positive contributions and achievements leading to the progress and success of the organisation, but nevertheless it shouldn't be used to undermine the efforts of those who actually deserves the reward and recognition.
