It is hard to know how such a large conversion would work, but I'm sure it would move the peg quite a bit! At the moment the stabiliser gets 12k hbd per day to defend the peg.
The stabiliser is creating quite some inflation at the moment defending the peg though. This is why I want to look into it in more detail.
