POBphotocontest : TEXTURE ~ details around our house 😎

Hi all 👋🏻

Hereby my entry into the POBphotocontest of this week Textures.
Hosted by @friendlymoose.

I took these photographs with my iPhone today around our house.

First photo is my contest entry:

This is a detail photo of my heavy metal cabinet, it is hand carved with acid with this retro design. It looks so beautiful, has a lot of texture in it. I can not lift it by myself…
You can feel the texture when your hand glides over it. The Metal has a matte black nitrocellulosic paint finish on it.

I didn’t want to stop here with only 1 photograph, so of course I include a few more photographs with textures in there… all are taken around our house today.

Next we see 2 textures. The natural fibre carpet and the smooth marble of the floor.

Then another carpet… large fibres… very fluffy textures.

Next the wood grain texture of the dining table I built.

Next is the texture of a chair in the lounge.

And here we see the texture of a large leaf from my bird of paradise plant.
And with this last photo. I want to end my short post today. 😎
Hope you enjoyed looking through my photographs and entry.
