Hoy quiero comentar una breve historia de un cliente: Desde hace mas de un año mi esposa está haciendo seguimiento a un cliente y yo he acompañado durante todo el proceso, en las primeras ocasiones esta señora ha contactado para la compra de una casa, y vez tras vez fuimos conociendo su historia, su necesidad y muchas cosas mas.
Today I want to tell you a brief story about a client: For over a year my wife has been following up with a client and I have been with her throughout the entire process. On the first occasions this lady has contacted me to buy a house, and time after time we have learned about her story, her needs and many other things.
Mi esposa se hizo amiga de la señora, compartieron historias y mas. Después se contactó la hija de la señora desde Francia agradeciendo la calidad de atención hacia su madre, depositando la confianza en nosotros como asesores. Después de mostrarle como 5 propiedades la señora seguía sin estar convencida y hablando e indagando hemos descubierto algunas razones muy importantes del porqué se quiere mudar.
My wife became friends with the lady, they shared stories and more. Later, the lady's daughter contacted us from France, thanking us for the quality of service to her mother, placing her trust in us as advisors. After showing her about 5 properties, the lady was still not convinced and by talking and investigating we have discovered some very important reasons why she wants to move.
Gracias a conocer mucho mas su situación y lo que necesita le hemos propuesto una alternativas que creemos que es lo que realmente necesita, un departamento en el lugar que ella deseaba, cercano a los comercios que ella desea y con la seguridad y comodidad que necesita es lo que hoy hemos propuesto, ahora solo restan algunas conversaciones mas con su hija para avanzar con la compra y sobretodo la solución que la señora necesita para mejorar rotundamente su calidad de vida.
Thanks to knowing much more about her situation and what she needs, we have proposed an alternative that we believe is what she really needs, an apartment in the location she wanted, close to the shops she wants and with the security and comfort she needs is what we have proposed today, now only a few more conversations with her daughter remain to move forward with the purchase and, above all, the solution that the lady needs to completely improve her quality of life.
Esto es solamente un resumen de un solo cliente, es solo una parte de lo que nos permite alcanzar el trabajo que realizamos, ganar dinero pero sobretodo transformar las vidas de las personas siendo parte de sus sueños.
This is just a summary of a single client, it is just a part of what allows us to achieve the work we do, earn money but above all transform people's lives by being part of their dreams.
