This is not the case. I have shared 5 different study opportunities, for the first and second one, you cannot take these classes unless you live in Mexico, that's stated above.
The three left (Khan Academy, Aprende.org, and Free Code Camp) are entirely online, and do not require you or anyone to come anywhere.
You know? The main idea behind sharing this, is for people that might have not found an opportunity to receive formal education beyond high school. Obviously, you and your kids are not the ppl for which this article is written. So you may as well omit it.
Also, I think you have a big prejudice regarding Mexico. I understand it, really do! However, it is not as seen on Tv shows, it is a culture rich place with awesome people in it.
