Have you ever seen a five million dollar car?
Well now you have. Though I'd highly suggest visiting the Gateway Auto Museum in Gateway, Co. It really was an amazing experience.
My most recent post, has a few of the pictures from my visit there.
Diaries of a Fluffy Rican: Reflections and appreciation of small details

I've tried my best to share that experience, but there was so much to share. I had to cut the experience into small bites size blogs, scattered throughout the week.
The Oldsmobile f-88 concept car is the highlight of the Hendricks Collection.
Honestly though, if I had a one of kind vehicle like this one, and was in a position to spend five million. I'd be the guy driving to the grocery store, pulling up in a five million dollar car. Just saying.
Though my favorite car in the museum is still the 1937 Cord 812 supercharge.

If the pictures weren't in my phone, I'd be the number one visit of that post. I'd attach a picture of it, but this post belongs to the F-88. It deserves it's own time in the spot light.
I mean come on now, look at that tail end. Definitely worth taking a moment to admire.
It's bad enough that I barely had time to enjoy this treasure, having spent most of my time gawking at the other cars.
I stick to my commitment of returning to the museum, before I leave Colorado.
It should be fun to take that drive again. I'm wondering what the experience will be like on the second drive there.
The drive there is a wonderful adventure, and after getting lost in the details of these cars. Maybe stopping at the local restaurants, and possible getting a helicopter tour.
After having my full. I'd get to sit back, and soak it all in. Once again revising the mountains on my journey home.
The release of this car was huge sensation. My hope is that my omission of details about the car, will entice you to dig deeper into it's history.
Thanks again for sharing with me. If you like to see more from my visit to the museum. I've done my best to share what I experience in my previous blogs. God Bless. :)
