My White Aspin - POBphotocontest: WHITE

My entry for this week's POBphotocontest with the theme white facilitated by @friendlymoose is dedicated to my dog we lost last January. It was a gloomy day for us since we had just celebrated Christmas and New Year.

This was my dog Chowee. He is an Aspin, short term for Asong Pinoy. Aspins are indigenous mixed-breed dogs in the Philipines. His color is white with a few spots of black on his ears and back. img_0.8000166719682886 He was around two months old when we got him. He was so cute that time and so small. He looked like a stuffed toy. He brought so much joy to me and my family.

img_0.10970305107994414 I remembered when he was so scared to walk on our tile floor. The floor was slippery for him and he was not yet used to walking on this kind of floor. So instead of walking around he just slept somewhere. 😄

img_0.9579931732343364 This was our first family photo with him. This was taken last Christmas. He didn't know how to pose on the camera.

I am planning again to adopt another Aspin. Wish me luck.
