Lemon grass is a very special plants that we can benefits a lot from.Especially in the aspect of of healthy living. It very important to watch what we consume as food or liquid substance e.g beverages,Tea e.t.c.It always advising to take in what our body system will benefit a lot from physically and mentally.
Lemon grass is a special grass that we can benefits a lot from by boiling it with clean/pure water. But u have to wash it before putting on fire to boil. After boiling for 20-30 minutes, Then you filter out the water to avoid dirt from entering where you are pouring the water boiled together with the lemon grass 🍋 🍃.
This plant(lemon grass) is a very easy to get, It can grow anywhere e.g in the compound, field, road side e.t.c.so it always around our vicinity because it can be planted even without having fertilizer.
**BENEFITS OF LEMON GRASS**
- prevent the growth of some bacteria and yeast
- contain substance that relieve pain
- It relieve swelling
- Reduces fever
- Improves level of sugar and cholesterol in the blood
- Stimulate the uterus and menstrual flow
