Casi todas las semanas me encuentros con este fruto picoteado o mordido por aves y ardillas. dejan un pedacito del Medio. fue raro encontrar este fruto casi completo porque logre espantar a los pericos a tiempo. Con lo que quedo me preparo un rico y nutritivos jugo de esta guanábana.

Digo nutritivo jugo porque este fruto tiene unos exelente beneficios para la salud los cuales segun investigaciones ayudan a mejorar el sistema inmunológico, es rica en vitaminas C, apoya el sistema digestivos por su alto contenidos en fibra y pare de contar por eso mi semana no puede faltar un vaso de jugo y comerla asi por trozos.
