There are effects on our daily activities

Hi people,

Do you listen to music? See it as hobby? If yes what kind of music do you listen to? Any kind of music you do like to listen to just know that music listening has a lot of it's positive effects on humans. What kind of music do you listen to? Pop, classical, rock, hip-hop, electronic or folk music.

Music can make you sleep well, reduces your stress, makes you eat less, helps in depression reduction and elevates your mood. Our choices differ as humans and I have a strong belief that we make good choices when it comes to peesonal decisions pertaining to our health.

I like listening to music at makes me sleep well at night. It elevates me when am in a bad mood. All the daily activities that we do have a way to affect us positively or negatively. Talking about negativity imagine littering our environment with refuse, as a cleaners even if we have to pick as we do and it's improperly disposed definitely its finding it's way to the environment with it's harmful effect.
