The photos that I share in this posts are of a tranquil maritime scene taken during the sunset at Moreno Bay, in front of the port city of Antofagasta (Chile). Notice that there are four cargo ships two of them are anchored and the other two are in transit, in opposite directions. These ones are captured in the first image. The second photo is a close up of one the the freighters in movement and the one in the foreground is anchored. You can clearly see in the three images the silhouettes of the mountains that surround the bay.
Las fotografías de este post corresponden a una apacible escena marina tomada en el atardecer en la Bahía Moreno, que se encuentra frente a la ciudad portuaria de Antofagasta. Noten the hay cuatro buques cargueros, dos de ellos fondeados, mientras que los otros días están en transito en direcciones contrarias. Estos dos se ven claramente en la primera imagen, la segunda es un acercamiento de uno de los buques en movimiento en contraste con uno de los fondeados. En las tres fotos se ven claramente las siluetas de las montañas que rodean la bahía.
I publish the photos in color and black and white. They were edited in Gimp and the b&w transformation was done using the tool known as “Channel/Mono Mixer”. The camera used was one of a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, using the lens of 3x and 10x (in the second photo).
