"Ayudar" una palabra que me encanta, porque siente que ayuda a mi autoestima. Dedicar tiempo a ser solidaria nos trae beneficios para nuestra estabilidad emocional. Por ejemplo la navidad no es solo compartir con nuestra familia, también nos permite regalarles momentos de amor a los otros y hacer donaciones del fondo de nuestros corazones.

Por mucho tiempo fui una chica un poco antisocial y eso me llevó a estar separada del mundo, hasta que aprendí a ser solidaria y liberar mis miedos a través de buenas acciones y antes de bondad. Cosa que me ha funcionado porque he conocido a muchas personas, he aprendido de mil maneras y me siento emocionalmente sana.

Fue una sensación muy emotiva porque descubrí que el cariño de los niños es lo más sincero con lo que me voy a tocar en la vida, ellos solamente daban Gracias, se reían y me llenaron el corazón, hicimos algunos juegos y bueno nos faltaron premios pero ellos quedaron satisfechos.

En realidad he ido a hogares de personas mayores, a hospitales, a cuidadores de perros pero esta experiencia con niños es una de mis favoritas.

I've actually gone to nursing homes, hospitals, dog sitters but this experience with children is one of my favorites.

Ya casi cuando los venían a buscar sus padres los reunimos a todos en un espacio muy grande con buena música y los pusimos a que siguieron nuestros pasos una bailoterapia que los dejo a todos bien cansados porque no se cansaron de saltar.

al finalizar todos fueron a sus salones y poco a poco se fueron con sus padres muy contentos contándole todo lo que habían hecho en el día. Mi intención es invitarte ayudar y hacer actos de bondad en tu residencia porque en realidad podemos tener de todo pero no es la misma sensación que cuando ayudamos a las demás personas, si en algún momento sientes un vacío en tu corazón inténtalo y verás como se te llena el alma.

At the end of the day everyone went to their rooms and little by little they left with their parents very happy telling them everything they had done during the day.
