Journalism and Free Speech in Pakistan under Attack

#Pakistan is a country that has been independent for the last 75 years. It happens to be the country where more than half of the 75 years has been under Martial Law by one dictator or the other. The only country in which Public Sentiment has ended martial law 5 times…

Currently its under a democratic system and recently a fully functioning, best performing government was trail blazed by an amalgam of 14 smaller minority parties, and horse-trading in the assemblies.

Its an invisible #MartialLaw in Pakistan at the moment. 14 smaller parties with no ideological, ethical, socio cultural or manifesto similarities are somehow together and eating pakistan from within.

Journalism is at stake. Here is video of a Journalist taking to Chief of Army Staff, and asking him to not cross the red line, which is, harming or threatening Family because of difference of opinion.
