Hola comunidad hermosa. He Estado súper ausente estos últimos días. He Estado reinventandome, es necesario hacerlo las veces que hagan falta. En la montaña amo poder admirar lo verde de la naturaleza, observar el cielo a través de las ramas de los árboles. Para mi subir a la montaña es una meditación. Es poder mantenernos en el aquí y el ahora, en el presente. Conectar con la madre tierra es una bendición, por eso deberíamos siempre abrazar un árbol para recargarnos de su energía y purificar la nuestra.
Hello beautiful community. I've been super absent these last few days. I have been reinventing myself, it is necessary to do it as many times as necessary. In the mountains I love being able to admire the green of nature, to observe the sky through the branches of the trees. For me climbing the mountain is a meditation. It is to be able to stay in the here and now, in the present. Connecting with mother earth is a blessing, that is why we should always hug a tree to recharge ourselves with its energy and purify ours.
Me encanta escuchar el silencio de la montaña, me encanta percibir e imaginar cuales son los misterios que guarda el bosque y que nosotros estamos quizá limitados a observar. Aunque sonara conformista, pero me consideró feliz con lo que mis ojos me permiten visualizar, mis oídos escuchar y mi corazón sentir. Esta vez fui solo con mi mamá, para sanar y llenarnos de energía renovadora.
I love listening to the silence of the mountain, I love perceiving and imagining what are the mysteries that the forest keeps and that we are perhaps limited to observing. But it sounds conformist, I am happy with what my eyes allow me to visualize, my ears to listen and my heart to feel. This time I went alone with my mother, to heal and fill us with renewing energy.
