Señores y señoras por aquí estamos, como con 4 kilos demas jajaja, tengo mucho tiempo que deje el gimnasio por trabajo y por una lesión y así como baje también aumente, claro está había bajado 16 kilos y ahora aumente 4, todo mal, pero no nos daremos mala vida tampoco

Esta semana retomamos de manera intercalada ir al sendero porque muchas veces tengo mucho trabajo e ir al sendero me implica más tiempo, ya la próxima semana vamos a retomar el gimnasio, tal cual como si nunca hubiéramos ido, con muy poco peso y mucha paciencia con nuestro cuerpo
