cold shoe relocation for the Sony a6400

Hey there! Hope you are doing good!

Yeah that's my new camera BUT that's also my first practical 3d resin print of all time!

the problem

This camera got a flip-up screen and if you want to add an external mic you are doomed OR you buy a 16$ piece to move the cold shoe to the side.

the solution

Or you simply design and print your own ;)
I made this with an online 3d object design tool called https://tinkercad.com which is free and great for simple designs on the fly. Here a few screenshots of the model:

I printed this on the anycubic photon with anycubic eco resin straight upwards without any support or rafts like a charm. One of the simplest and best working designs I ever made (is that a good or a bad thing? lol)

I used to have one bad measurement (like always) but I already fixed the design by extruding 1mm and published it on thingiverse if you are interested: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4268693

Even if I fixed it already I really do not want to print it again just because of this little bend.

HELP THE PLANET AND SAVE YOUR RESIN FOR OTHER USEFUL PRINTS!

Peace!

Btw: if you are from Europe and want to have this for your Sony a6400 just let me know ;)
