Hello good people! Hope all is well. This is the green peas recipe in details , which I posted recently with Flatbread
green peas & potato curry with flat bread.
I love cooking, its one of my passions, it's also one of my way of expressing love. It's really magical when you cook with love. Everything turns amazing.

Ingredients:
Green peas
Potatoes 2pcs. Medium
Onion 1 big
Ginger & garlic chopped in small pieces
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Green Chili 3 pcs.
Tomatoes 1 big
Spices
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbspn
Garam masala powder 1/4 tbspn
Salt
Process
● Prepare and chopped all necessary ingredients
● Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, splutter mustard seeds
● Add in curry leaves.
● Add in chopped ginger & garlic, saute till the aroma of herbs goes
● Add in onion & chili. Saute onion till translucent
● add in all spices & salt, saute for a minute in a very low fire
● Add in green peas and 1 cup of water
● Add in potatoes
● Put to lid/ cover for 5 minutes
● Add in tomatoes.
● stir it.
● Put to cover. Cook tomatoes very well.
Stir occasionally .
By that time the water is reduced.
● If you want your dish to be semi - dry just leave the lid open for few minutes, till it reduce the water from the curry
● mine , I made the dish semi- dry.
