Un poco ausente pues estuve de guardia y trabajando todo el fin de semana hoy me toco colocarme la vacuna contra el COVID -19 y bueno estuve todo el día en eso, mañana les cuento como me fue. El día de hoy quiero compartir una vez mas, mi ultima guardia que fue el día viernes.

Fue una guardia super pesada tuvimos 6 ingresos, 11 traslados, dejamos las camas full el otro equipo de guardia, haciendo bromas por eso, porque les dejamos casi 20 pacientes en sala, pobrecitos. Nos dieron una careta de protección donada por el hospital la verdad esta bien linda y algo mas cómoda que otras que he usado. Debemos llevarlas a todas las guardias y bueno traían dos plásticos protectores solo habíamos quitado uno, luego nos dimos cuenta que traían dos y pasamos un buen rato con la visión oscura por el plástico jejeje.

Estuve toda la mañana y parte de la tarde haciendo ingresos y valorando los pacientes del triaje porque mi compañero se había ido de traslado en la mañana, no veía la hora en que llegara había mucho trabajo, almorcé a eso de las 5 de la tarde, y luego de allí como a las 7 me toco irme con cuatro pacientes a San Felipe, gracias a dios allá me aceptaron todos los pacientes y no me pusieron peros de nada, llegaron sanos y salvos.

También estrene medias nuevas son medias de compresión ayudan a mejorar el retorno venoso y disminuir los síntomas de piernas cansadas, la verdad estaba sufriendo mucho de eso en la guardias, me quedan un poco apretadas al final del día las voy bajando y por la noche antes de descansar me las quito.
