Ahora si, voy con mis remembranzas...
Estuve hurgando por aquí y por allá, esos álbumes de antaño, de mis ancestros y familiares, pero lastimosamente los grandes estaban guardados en un lugar con humedad y muchas de las fotos se dañaron. Así que pude rescatar estas que a continuación quiero compartir contigo.
Now, I'm going to go with my remembrances...
I was poking around here and there, those albums of yesteryear, of my ancestors and relatives, but unfortunately the big ones were kept in a damp place and many of the photos were damaged. So I was able to rescue these that I now want to share with you.
Generaciones que han dejado una huella imborrable en nuestros corazones. Personas que trabajaron duro por sus futuras generaciones, personas que jamás bajaron la guardia, que se convirtieron en espada y escudo de sus hijos.
Generations who have left an indelible trace in our hearts. People who worked hard for their future generations, people who never let their guard down, who became the sword and shield of their children.
Estas fotografías son particularmente especiales, porque representan todas las generaciones de mi mamá, desde su adolescencia, cuando ella conoció a mi padre, con quien estuvo 54 años felizmente casada, mi primera comunión y sus 4 hijos. Es increíble cómo se me han removido tantos recuerdos, tantos sentimientos mezclados, tanto amor, felicidad, alegría y tristeza.
No pensé que al buscar las fotos, los recuerdos se iban a acumular nuevamente en mis ojos y saldrían en forma de lágrimas.
These photographs are particularly special, because they represent all the generations of my mother, from her adolescence, when she met my father, to whom she was 54 years happily married, my first communion and her 4 children. It is incredible how so many memories have been removed from me, so many mixed feelings, so much love, happiness, joy and sadness.
I didn't think that when I looked for the photos, the memories would accumulate again in my eyes and come out in the form of tears.

Y para concluir, una recopilación de hermosos recuerdos de mi infancia, con mi hermana mayor tomándome en sus brazos, mi papá abrazándome en una navidad y toda la familia visitando un castillo en la Isla de Margarita.
Si pudiera vivir de nuevo esto...
