La mosca y el mar

The fly does not want to fly,
it seems to be old,
I'm going to give it new wings,
so that it can fly
and go for a walk.

Le pongo alas rosadas
parece que le agradan
y en lugar de volar con gracia,
empieza a tejer una manta,
una gran mantarraya.

I put pink wings on it
it seems to like them
and instead of flying gracefully
it starts to weave a blanket,
a big manta ray.

Y sobre ella está,
en la mantarraya se va,
ahora pasea en el mar,
no necesita alas en este lugar,
solo disfrutar la salinidad.

And over it is,
on the manta ray it goes,
now strolls in the sea,
it doesn't need wings in this place,
just enjoy the salinity.
