El día sábado por la noche mi madre decidió que para el domingo quería comer Pollo a la braza, para ser de este día, un día diferente y como siempre compartir con la familia, que consta de mi hermana y su hijo y mi persona con mis hijos que somos los que vivimos con ella.

Llego el día domingo y muy temprano en la mañana, me levante arregle la casa, atendí a mi madre, que esta pasando por una enfermedad delicada y le coloque una blusas muy bonita que ella tiene y que se la regalo la esposa de mi hermano, para que se sintiera muy bien y subirle el animo.
Sunday came and very early in the morning, I got up and fixed the house, I took care of my mother, who is going through a delicate illness and I put a very nice blouse that she has and that my brother's wife gave her, to make her feel very well and to raise her spirits.
A media mañana del día domingo prepare para acompañar el pollo, una rica ensalada cocida que a la familia le gusta mucho, esta se preparar con papa, zanahoria, cilantro y perejil, se pica toda y queda muy sabrosa, se le agrega un poquito de mayonesa y mostaza. También prepare un rico arroz blanco.
At mid-morning on Sunday I prepared a delicious cooked salad to accompany the chicken, which the family likes very much, this is prepared with potatoes, carrots, cilantro and parsley, it is chopped and it is very tasty, add a little mayonnaise and mustard. Also prepare a delicious white rice.
A eso de las doce del medio día, mi hijo @reinoldroberts fue a comprar el pollo a la braza, ya que a esa hora es que abren el establecimiento, este queda cerca de la casa donde vivimos. El pollo es muy rico allí y a mi madre le gusta mucho. Tenemos creo que desde que tengo uso de razón comprando el pollo en esa pollera.
At around noon, my son @reinoldroberts went to buy the pollo a la braza, since that's when they open the establishment, which is close to the house where we live. The chicken is very tasty there and my mother likes it very much. I think we have been buying chicken there for as long as I can remember.

Bueno llego la hora de compartir este rico almuerzo y como les dije anteriormente un domingo diferente, porque generalmente comemos en familia los domingos, pero casi no se compara comida preparada de algún establecimiento.

Well, it was time to share this delicious lunch and as I told you before, it was a different Sunday, because we usually eat as a family on Sundays, but we hardly ever compare prepared food from any establishment.
My mother was very happy and satisfied and so was the whole family. I took pictures of everyone. Here I show them to you.
