Pan Seared Tuna Steak With Brocoli and Watercress Recipe

Want to eat healthy, simple and quick? Pan seared tuna steak can be your go-to dinner menu. With only three simple steps you can make a filling meal rich in protein, vitamin A and D, choline and also minerals (zinc,magnesium,calcium and iron). The level of cooking is easy and one fillet server for one person. This recipe, unlike other recipes, it’s low-seasoned. So it’s perfect if you want to maintain your weight or lose weight.

Shopping list :

  1. Fillet tuna of your preference
  2. 1 pound of Broccoli
  3. 1 pound of Watercress

Ingredients :

  1. Fillet tuna of your preference
  2. 1 pound of Broccoli
  3. 1 pound of Watercress
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Pinch of oregano
  6. Pinch of black pepper
  7. Pinch of powdered garlic
  8. 2 tsp Low sugar sweet soy sauce
  9. 2 tbsp of coconut oil or oil of your preference

3 Simple Steps :

In a plate, place the tuna and combine all the spices and the soy sauce. Mix it well and thoroughly so that every inch of the tuna gets properly seasoned. While you wait for the season well incorporated, boil the broccoli for 4 minutes and rinse it

Place a skillet over low heat and coat it with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Lay the tuna and increase the heat into medium-heat. Cover the skillet for a minute then flip the tuna. Do it until each side is brownish and slightly crust but not too burnt. Turn off the heat.

Serve the seared tuna with the broccoli and fresh well-cleaned watercress. You can also add sesame seeds as garnish.

If you want to add some more carbs, add some diced toast to it.
