Importance of detoxifying the body system

Mucus are produced by the body as a defense mechanism of the immune system, when the production of mucus is constant, this shows that the immunity is weak and this requires detoxification. The human body houses these toxins and mucus daily and it accumulates to the extent that the body reacts through different symptoms such as bloating, nausea, constipation, and discomforts amongst others; this is majorly due to the quality of our diet. Processed foods are not healthy particularly when it comes to their long term effect on human organs in the body system.

To stay healthy, it is vital to examine the foods we are eating, drinking, or whatever may trigger any time undesirable reactions. Intake of too much carbohydrates and sugar can also weaken good bacteria and, cause the body to produce mucus.
