Hello to one & all I hope you are having a wonderful day wherever you may be.
This is my first time posting on the hive (Ecency), so I would like to introduce myself to all my current and future follows with a nice introductory post. The best way for me to introduce myself I think would be to first start with who is @Loadreaper.
I'm a 29 year old 6ft5in (196cm) single male my name is Barry and I work in the film industry in South Africa and I live with my mother and my niece & nephew, who I'm helping to take care of.
BARRY
I'm a big soft lovable teddy of a man who likes to be as kind as possible to whom ever I meet but of course not everyone is kind back. I live my life by very simple rules which the most important one is to never be indebted to anyone or thing. 2nd- treat people the way you wish to be treated. 3rd- live your life the best you can and don't worry what others think of you. These are three of the simple rules I live by. There are more but they are more personalized to me. My interest's are wood working, Japanese Anime, film making, air rifle target shooting, all sorts of diy projects, drawing, cooking and video games. There are more but these are on the top of my list.
These are some of my diy projects I've done in the past I will so post some of these on (Hive Diy) and show you how I made them.
FILM INDUSTRY
I currently work in the filming industry as a background extra it's a lot of fun getting to wear strange outfits and sometimes meet even stranger people LOL. Most of the people you meet are kind and have very interesting stories to tell. I've been in AD's, Series (Warrior S2, Of Kings And Prophets, Vagrant queen) and Movies ( The Brothers Grimsby, Game changers, Bring it on 6 ) to name a few. The only thing is that the jobs are few and far between so I do odd jobs for people when I'm not on film.

SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa is a very beautiful country and I'm glad to be living here we have plenty of nature still surrounding us and beauitful scenery to enjoy. I live in the Western Cape so I'm near the ocean and love to go swimming.
I would say the biggest downside is the cost of living to our work salaries. These day's, unless you have a good connection or are high up in your jobs ladder living a singles life is challenging to say the least but not impossible. But enough of the downers there is so much more happier things to think about.
MOTHER
My mother Denise is a wonderful, loving and kind person who has always been there for me through thick and thin. I'm truly grateful that she is the one who adopted me when my biological mother was unable to give me what she believed I deserved in life and made the difficult decision to give me up for adoption. Of course I don't see Denise as just my adopted mother I have always loved and treated her as my real mother. When I turned 18 I met with my biological mother Charlene and the rest of my family on her side and I'm happy to say we have a good relationship with each other.

MY NIECE & NEPHEW
My niece Anja & nephew Damon are both good kids but like all kids they have their own share of problems. My mother is currently fostering the two little monsters and I try to help out when and where I can. My sister is unfortunately unable to take care of them and there father passed away about 2 years after Anja was born. My sister is not living with us due to circumstances.
And one more thing I would like to thank my friend @zakludick for telling/ introducing me to hive/ecency and helping me to get started and taking the time to show me how to do thing the right way.
