The Terminal, la mejor Comunidad de Aprendizaje en Hive (Español-English)

Feliz Día, para todos los amigos de Hive.

Soy Zulay Pulido, Feliz Miembro de The Terminal con Pensamiento Filosófico.

For all those who want to enter Hive, or who have already joined and have little time, and feel a little lost, I recommend looking for the @theterminal Community.

This group maintains a space in Discord, an extraordinary chat and communication application of various types, from which they organize a great job for the benefit of many on this Blockchain.

The members of this Dream Team are: @xcountytravelers @brittandjosie @justclikcindiva @thekittygirl @drakernoise @derekrichardson @wesphilbin and @jamerussell They are people with a long history in the system, and they also know how to treat everyone is Excellent. They are respectful, friendly, kind, fun, and always supportive.

Among many of the tasks they perform, apart from being producers of excellent content, are the following:

1.- They follow up with the newcomers to Hive to help them get on track and ascend in this complicated system.

2.- They prepare two contests called Rally-100 and Rally-500 every month. The first, for newbies who have less than 100 HivePowers (HP) in their wallets; the second, for those between 100 and 500 HP.

In these month-long contests, they teach beginners how to organize and create high-quality publications, just as we expect on this platform. And, in addition, they give a significant prize to the first three places.

3.- They perform efficient Healing work throughout Hive.

4.- Permanently, they are activated for the creation of innovative activities and in the search for smart and well-rewarded contests, for the benefit of @theterminal members. Normally, they optimize and renew this work, since they have a great team, and in addition, they maintain close relationships with the leaders of other communities.

5.- They are ready to give information about all the aspects unknown to the novices, related to Hive and Discord.

6.- They allow members who demonstrate determination and perseverance, to use their Community rooms in Discord to launch musical events and contests of great interest to all.

7.- They show careful availability to respond to the concerns of all @theterminal members, including children, adolescents, people with disabilities, etc. They are inclusive and have a lot of patience.

8.- They are waiting for everyone's birthdays and offer, for those dates, some beautiful Hive celebrations.

9.- They timely inform about changes and improvements in the Hive platform.

In my experience, I can assure you that in Hive there is no other community that performs in the same way; @theterminal is unique in its style, and offers an invaluable teaching and support service for those who want to better understand the extraordinary world of this Blockchain.

I invite anyone interested in producing quality blog content to join @theterminal on Hive.

Para todos los que desean ingresar a Hive, o que ya se han adherido y tienen poco tiempo, y se sienten un poco perdidos, les recomiendo buscar la Comunidad @theterminal

Este grupo mantiene un espacio en Discord, una extraordinaria aplicación de chat y comunicación de diversos tipos, desde el cual organizan un gran trabajo para beneficio de muchos en esta Blockchain.

Los integrantes de este Equipo de Ensueño son: @xcountytravelers @brittandjosie @justclikcindiva @thekittygirl @drakernoise @derekrichardson @wesphilbin y @jamerussell Ellos son personas con larga trayectoria en el sistema, conocen bastante la metodología empleada y, además, el trato hacia todos es excelente. Son respetuosos, simpáticos, amables, divertidos, y siempre solidarios.

Entre muchas de las tareas que realizan, aparte de ser productores de excelente contenido, están las siguientes:

1.- Hacen seguimiento a los recién llegados a Hive para ayudarlos a encaminarse y a ascender en este complicado sistema.

2.- Preparan todos los meses dos concursos llamados Rally-100 y Rally-500. El primero, para los novatos que poseen menos de 100 HivePowers (HP) en sus billeteras; el segundo, para los que están entre 100 y 500 HP.

En estos concursos, que duran un mes, enseñan a los principiantes a organizarse y a crear publicaciones de gran calidad, tal como lo esperamos en esta plataforma. Y, por añadidura, entregan un significativo premio a los tres primeros lugares.

3.- Realizan una labor de Curación eficiente por todo Hive.

4.- Permanentemente, se activan para la creación de actividades innovadoras y en la búsqueda de concursos inteligentes y bien recompensados, para provecho de los miembros de @theterminal. Normalmente, optimizan y renuevan esta labor, ya que cuentan con un gran equipo de trabajo, y además, conservan estrechas relaciones con los líderes de otras comunidades.

5.- Están prestos a dar información sobre todos los aspectos desconocidos por los novatos, relativos a Hive y a Discord.

6.- Permiten que miembros de Hive, que demuestren empeño y perseverancia, utilicen los salones de su Comunidad en Discord para lanzar eventos musicales y concursos de gran interés para todos.

7.- Muestran esmerada disponibilidad para responder a las inquietudes de todos los miembros de @theterminal, incluidos niños, adolescentes, personas con alguna discapacidad, etc. Son inclusivos y tienen muchísima paciencia.

8.- Están pendientes de los cumpleaños de todos y ofrecen, para esas fechas, unas hermosas celebraciones a lo Hive.

9.- Informan oportunamente sobre cambios y mejoras en la plataforma Hive.

Según mi experiencia, puedo asegurar, que en Hive no existe otra comunidad que se desempeñe de igual manera; @theterminal es única en su estilo, y ofrece un servicio de enseñanza y apoyo invaluable para quienes deseen comprender, de mejor manera, el extraordinario mundo de esta Blockchain.

Invito a quienes estén interesados en producir contenido de verdadera calidad a unirse a @theterminal en Hive.
