My turn for the Team lunch - kebabs anyone?

Finally it came around to my turn with the Team Lunch. This was started a few months ago and so far its been a lot of fun and we've seen a lot of creativity from the guys and girls,

From Poke bowls, barbeque S African style with boerewors and biltong, charcuterie boards, soups and baguettes and pancakes sweet and savoury to name a few.

The last time, can't believe it was four months ago I ordered and used a raclette. I had portions of beef, chicken and salmon and a tray of vegetables and salad to roast under the grill.

Today I decided to go for beef kebabs and a large salad and baby round pita breads - and rounded it off with some delicious watermelon.

Today's meal was also cooked on the raclette and everyone really loved it. Each person could cook their steak to the desired underdone, medium or welldone.

The raclette is a very sociable appliance.

The salad was made with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, olives, cucumber and feta cheese.
