Hivers, saludos espero que todos se encuentren bien, en esta oportunidad vengo a hablarles sobre un día curioso de trabajo lleno de sorpresas y que gracias a Dios todo salio bien.

Les explico un poco para que entren en contexto, trabajo como asistente legal con mi papá y su socio, hace poco nos llego un caso de una familia que quería denunciar a una aerolínea del estado ya que habían comprado unos pasajes de avión en diciembre y le suspendieron el vuelo por razones desconocidas y hasta el sol de hoy lo que habían hecho es jugar con el tiempo de esta familia haciéndola dirigirse a distintas agencias, diciéndoles que envíen correos y muchas cosas mas sin obtener una solución a su problema.

I work as a paralegal with my dad and his partner, recently we received a case of a family who wanted to denounce a state airline because they had bought airline tickets in December and they suspended the flight for unknown reasons and until today what they had done was to play with the time of this family making them go to different agencies, telling them to send emails and many other things without getting a solution to their problem.

Así que decidimos adentrarnos al caso, las oficinas de esta aerolínea las buscamos por Internet y aparecían que estaba ubicada la principal en Caracas así que nos fuimos hasta allá, al llegar allá nos dijeron que ahí solo seria una oficina de venta a pesar de ser la principal solo era una oficina de compra y venta de boletos aéreos, que para realizar algún reclamo o algo, debía ser en la guaira directo en la agencia, al ya estar en caracas estábamos aproximadamente a 30 minutos en la guaira así que tomamos la dirección para la guaira con la finalidad de solventar este caso.

No les negare que a pesar de que estábamos con la finalidad de resolver este caso, también me emocionaba la idea de ver la playa ya que tengo tiempo sin ir, a pesar que no me bañaría ni iría a disfrutar ni nada pero si me gustaba aunque sea verla de lejos, el paisaje y hasta el olor a mar que pega desde lejos jaja, por otro lado, también aprovecho de comentarles también de que estábamos un poco apurados ya que nuestro almuerzo estaba en la oficina en charallave, y ya se acercaba la hora del almuerzo y no teníamos dinero porque teníamos casi 2 semanas esperando un pago...

I will not deny that although we were with the purpose of solving this case, I was also excited about the idea of seeing the beach since I have not gone for a long time, although I would not bathe or go to enjoy or anything but I liked even if I saw it from afar, the landscape and even the smell of sea that hits from afar haha, on the other hand, I also take the opportunity to comment that we were a little rushed because our lunch was in the office in charallave, and it was getting close to lunchtime and we had no money because we had almost 2 weeks waiting for a payment. ..

Llegamos al aeropuerto nacional de Maiquetía y nos dirigimos a la agencia, conversamos el caso y nos mandaron a otra zona llamado reembolso y devoluciones, al llegar a esta zona que estaba ubicada casi en el hangar de aviones de esta agencia, mi papá fue el que se encargo de hablar y comunicar el caso con esta agencia mientras que el socio de mi papá y yo nos quedamos en el carro ya que ahí no podíamos estar los 3.

We arrived at the national airport of Maiquetía and we went to the agency, we talked about the case and they sent us to another area called reimbursement and returns, when we arrived to this area that was located almost in the hangar of airplanes of this agency, my dad was the one who was in charge of talking and communicating the case with this agency while my dad's partner and I stayed in the car since we could not be there all 3 of us.

Aquí vendría la segunda sorpresa del día, al estar sentado esperando que mi papá saliera, hemos visto que desde una parte de las oficinas de esta agencia salia una iguana, un animal no muy común como mascota pero estas personas la tenían ahí como mascota, ella salia se quedaba un rato como tomando el sol y cuando veía que se acercaba un carro se iba otra vez a las oficinas, inclusive habían momentos que la llamaban diciéndole cherry y ella volteaba como si ya supiera que ese es su nombre.

Here would come the second surprise of the day, while sitting waiting for my dad to leave, we have seen that from a part of the offices of this agency an iguana came out, an animal not very common as a pet but these people had it there as a pet, she came out and stayed a while like sunbathing and when she saw a car approaching she went back to the offices, there were even times that they called her cherry and she turned around as if she already knew that this is her name.

Al rato salio mi papá dándonos la noticia de que la gente quería hacer lo mismo que con la familia darnos vueltas y ponernos una cantidad de tramites para no devolver el dinero, así que fuimos y nos comunicamos con un familiar de nosotros que es parte de la gobernación de dicho estado no queríamos hacerlo porque es una persona ocupada pero tuvimos que recurrir a esto para poder solventar esta persona tuvo que comunicarse con el ministro de transporte que también es presidente de esta aerolínea y de esta manera fue que se logro que emitieran la orden de hacer la devolución del dinero para esta familia, esto fue algo triste, ya que prácticamente quedo demostrado que si no tienes contacto y muchas veces dinero, no podrás solventar muchas cosas en este país, sin embargo nos enfocamos mas en que al menos le pudimos resolver el caso a esta familia la cual al enterarse se pusieron muy felices.

After a while my dad came out giving us the news that people wanted to do the same as with the family, giving us a lot of paperwork to not return the money, so we went and communicated with a relative of ours who is part of the governor of the state we did not want to do it because he is a busy person but we had to resort to this to be able to solve this person had to communicate with the minister of transport who is also president of this airline and in this way was that they managed to issue the order to make the return of the money for this family, This was something sad, since it was practically demonstrated that if you do not have contact and often money, you can not solve many things in this country, however we focus more on that at least we could solve the case to this family which when they found out they were very happy.

Por otro lado se nos hicieron las 2 de la tarde y nosotros sin dinero y con hambre y por simple casualidad de la vida al montarnos en el carro mi papá le llega una trasferencia al revisar el concepto de esta transferencia era este pago del cual les hable al principio que teníamos 2 semanas esperando, nos pusimos casi igual de felices que la familia a la cual se le regreso su dinero del viaje, de una nos fuimos a comer y aprovechando que estábamos en la playa que mejor comida que pescado a orillas de la playa.

On the other hand it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon and we had no money and we were hungry and by simple chance of life when we got in the car my dad received a transfer when we checked the concept of this transfer was this payment of which I told you at the beginning that we had 2 weeks waiting, we were almost as happy as the family who got their money back from the trip, at once we went to eat and taking advantage that we were on the beach what better food than fish on the shore of the beach.

Pedimos cada uno un pescado y venia con 3 contornos a elegir yo pedí papas fritas ensaladas y tostones playeros, de tomar una cerveza la cual nos la dieron al punto que era casi congelada y cubierta de hielo, todo esto junto al sonido de la brisa las olas y el mar les asegura que es una combinación perfecta para concluir un día que termino siendo muy productivo a pesar de todo

We each ordered a fish and it came with 3 contours to choose from, I ordered french fries, salads and beach tostones, to drink a beer which was almost frozen and covered with ice, all this together with the sound of the breeze, the waves and the sea assures you that it is a perfect combination to conclude a day that ended up being very productive in spite of everything.

Los costos de esta comida la verdad lo vimos muy económico a comparación de otros lugares y que era bastante comida los platos con el pescado y los 3 contornos salían en 7$ cada uno mientras que las cervezas en 2 por 1$ y una por 0.75$.

The cost of this meal was very economical compared to other places and it was quite a lot of food. The plates with the fish and the 3 contours were 7$ each one while the beers were 2 for 1$ and one for 0.75$.

De un día que solo era para ir a Caracas y regresar nos temprano y ni si quiera cobrar a terminar en la Guaira comiendo pescado frito y habiendo cobrado y solventado el dinero, este día termino siendo una gran y grata sorpresa, con esto me despido amigos espero que les haya gustado y también aprovecho de mencionarles que todas las fotos son de mi propiedad saludos.
