The traumas of childhood will always haunt us

An irrefutable fact for some experts in psychology is that traumatic events that occur at an early age cause a mental disorder, hence the imperative need to defend the smallest of the house and provide security, welfare, and not an environment of fear, in which children are isolated on many occasions.

In our lives few things mark an individual as much as having experienced childhood traumas, no stage in the life of a person is as intense, nor as vulnerable, as childhood, the experiences of our childhood have a decisive weight on our personality and our way of feeling and acting.

It is intuitive to recognize that the problems we experience as children can influence our quality of life as adults. When our childhood learning experiences are painful, a part of our personality is formed with negative beliefs towards ourselves that will influence our day to day life as adults.

Consequently, until you stop blaming them for all your traumas, the relationship with our environment will be deeply toxic and you will be tied to those unresolved childhood traumas, until you decide to take charge.

With the therapeutic approach we can heal and reduce these traumas, since we work on all these feelings and beliefs that have originated in childhood and that continue to haunt us in adulthood.
