Para mi, la naturaleza siempre ha tenido un sitio especial en lo que ha decoración de ambientes se refiere. ¿No les ha pasado que se cansan de ver un objeto siempre de la misma forma, en el mismo sitio y con la misma proyección de imagen?

For me, nature has always had a special place when it comes to decorating environments. Hasn't it happened to you that you get tired of seeing an object always in the same way, in the same place and with the same image projection?

La disposición de estos en los diferentes espacios de nuestros hogares es una decisión muy personal; pero también lo es generar cambios, darles dinamismo, generar nuevas perspectivas en su funcionalidad.

The arrangement of these in the different spaces of our homes is a very personal decision; but so is generating changes, giving them dynamism, generating new perspectives in their functionality.

Cada cierto tiempo nos invade una necesidad de renovación, reinvención de imagen, en estilo o tan solo de actitud frente a nuestro entorno.

Every so often invades a need for renewal, reinvention image in style or just the attitude towards our environment.

Hoy, durante un paseo al jardín tomé unas hermosas flores que me invitaban a darle un toque diferente a mi sala, porque, ¿quién no ama las flores como detalle de decoración?, si son un colirio para la vista y un bálsamo para e alma.

Today, during a walk to the garden, I took some beautiful flowers that invited me to give a different touch to my living room, because, who doesn't love flowers as a decoration detail? If they are eye drops and balsam for the soul.

Así que ya tenía las flores y me debatía en cómo sería la mejor forma de exhibirlas y alegrar mi ambiente. Entonces, mi viejo portavelas me sirvió de inspiración para introducir un pequeño, pero vistoso, cambio en la decoración del ambiente; y acá les describiré lo sencillo que fue darle forma a esta idea.

So I already had the flowers and I was debating what would be the best way to display them and brighten up my environment. Then my old candleholder inspired me to introduce a small but showy, change in the decoration of the environment; and here I will describe how easy it was to give shape to this idea.

Tomé el portavelas, separé la pantalla de vidrio y extraje la vela del soporte metálico.
I took the candle holder, separated the glass shade and extracted the candle from the metal holder.

Corté un vaso de plástico desechable y lo ajusté lo más posible a la cavidad del cilindro de la pantalla de vidrio del portavelas, asegurando que quedara suficientemente ajustado para que no se moviera al llenarlo de agua y colocar las flores en su interior.
I cut a disposable plastic cup and adjusted it as closely as possible to the cylinder cavity of the glass shade of the candle holder, ensuring that it was tight enough so that it would not move when filling it with water and placing the flowers inside.

Acto seguido, vertí agua en el envase plástico y distribuí las flores en la forma deseada para lograr un buqué colorido y vistoso.
Then, I poured water into the plastic container and distributed the flowers in the desired shape to achieve a colorful and showy bouquet.

Por último, lo situé en varias partes hasta determinar la mejor posición para él, logrando así el efecto deseado a la vista.
Finally, I placed it in several parts until I determined the best position for it, thus achieving the desired effect in sight.

De esta forma le doy un nuevo uso y perspectiva a un objeto viejo, al cual solo incorporándole nuevos elementos a su estructura, me permitió dar un agradable toque visual al ambiente.

In this way I give a new use and perspective to an old object, to which only adding new elements to its structure, allowed me to give a pleasant visual touch to the environment.
