This morning I prepared moinmoin (steam bean cake)
How it is prepared
I started by soaking the beans in the water for five minutes and peel the beans.
I add rodo (scotch bonnet) and onion before grinding them with grinding machine.
After grinding, I added seasonings like maggi salt curry vegetable oil and crayfish to enrich it.
A small nylon or container can be used but mine was steamed in nylon in a pot leave for about 30minutes
Then after when it is ready it can be served with any food like jollof rice, custard, pap, gari, bread to balance the diet but mine was served with pap
