Hoy mi mamá tenia un gran antojo de comer carne asada, bueno, la verdad es que llevaba así una semana pero no habíamos salido a comprar nada para prepararla, últimamente ha estado lloviendo mucho y el clima super frió, entonces como que no terminaba de motivarse. Hoy cuando me desperté a las 11 am me pidió que saliera a comprar las cosas, que no quería seguir pasando días con la ansiedad de carne jajaja.

Pues fui por un kilo de carne de punta, que se supone es la mejor para prepararla a la leña, también aproveche y compre un par de chorizos, tenia mucho tiempo sin comer y me parece que no deberían faltar en una parrillada, de regreso pase también por unos limones y claro, vegetales para hacer una ensalada y acompañar la carne, mi trabajo es llevar las cosas a casa y mi madre se encarga de darle el mejor sazón a todo, es que no se imaginan lo especial que cocina.

Apenas empezó a aliñar la carne llego la pequeña Tammy, como siempre empezo a seguir a mi mamá a todos lados para que ella le de comida, ya la conoce tan bien, la presiona un poco o mueve las patitas y mi madre no se resiste y le da algo de lo que este preparando, es muy tierno, y recuerdo bien que ella decía que no quería a los animalitos, pero pues bueno, esta peludita llego para cambiarle esa forma de pensar.

Lo siguiente fue volver a comprar algo de carbón en la bodega, también pusimos leña para que la carne tuviera un mejor sabor, el encenderla es algo muy sencillo la verdad, lo que estaba un poco complicado era mantener el fuego en caso tal de que empezara a llover, porque como les digo el clima ha estado frió, y hoy pues no fue la excepción, pero por fortuna no llovió, empezó a brisar casi al final cuando ya todo estaba listo.
