Hemos estado algo ausentes por asuntos laborales fuera de hive, pero acá estamos retomando de nuevo nuestras publicaciones para seguir compartiendo nuestras experiencias y conocer al igual la de ustedes.

El día de ayer Goyo y yo fuimos a comer fuera de casa para salir un poco de la rutina y darnos un merecido momento de disfrute. Nos gusta mucho el sabor y la sutileza con la que se preparan las hamburguesas tipo gourmet, pero sin duda preferimos que sean al estilo callejero.

Nos fuimos a Sapi Burger, un carrito de comida rápida ubicada en la zona norte de Maturín (sector Tipuro).

Se diferencia por la amplia variedad de salsas y condimentos que te ofrecen y que puedes usar para agregarle sabor a tus perros calientes y hamburguesas. Encontramos sabores como queso cheddar, maíz, BBQ, tártara, mayo, mostaza, ketchup, salsa rosada (es la combinación de ketchup y mayonesa), mostaza y miel, entre muchas otras más.

Pero su atractivo principal son sus hamburguesas. Las puedes pedir de carne, pollo o chuleta, combinadas, combinadas dobles y hasta ¡triple!.

En esta oportunidad, decidimos comernos unos perros calientes (deliciosos).

Están compuestos por una salchicha de cerdo, y le agregan zanahoria, repollo, papas fritas y las salsas convencionales (mayonesa, ketchup y mostaza), quedando así lista para que le agregues el otro sinfín de salsas que nos ofrece Sapi Burger.

Y como es su atractivo, obviamente también pedimos una hamburguesa combinada de pollo y chuleta DOBLE. Simplemente una obra de arte de la comida rápida. Es lo mas cercano al Food Porn que hemos estado. Las fotos no dan justicia a lo monstruosa que fue esa hamburguesa. Una total delícia.

Para el registro, no pudimos con la hamburguesa completa😩. Tuvimos que mandarla a envolver para llevar.

No pueden perder la oportunidad de probar la gastronomía callejera de la ciudad de Maturín. Sin duda alguna, siempre hace falta.

Yesterday Goyo and I went to eat away from home to get out of the routine a bit and give ourselves a well-deserved moment of enjoyment. We really like the flavor and subtlety with which gourmet burgers are prepared, but we definitely prefer street style.

We went to Sapi Burger, a fast food cart located in the northern area of ​​Maturín (Tipuro).

It is differentiated by the wide variety of sauces and condiments that they offer you and that you can use to add flavor to your hot dogs and hamburgers. We find flavors such as cheddar cheese, corn, BBQ, tartar, mayo, mustard, ketchup, pink sauce (it is the combination of ketchup and mayonnaise), mustard and honey, among many others.

But its main attraction is its hamburgers. You can order them with meat, chicken or chops, combined, double combined and even triple!.

On this occasion, we decided to eat some hot dogs (delicious).

They are made up of a pork sausage, and they add carrot, cabbage, French fries and conventional sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard), thus being ready for you to add the endless other sauces that Sapi Burger offers us.

And as it is its appeal, obviously we also ordered a combined chicken and DOUBLE chop burger. Simply a work of fast food art. It is the closest thing to Food Porn that we have been. The photos don't do justice to how monstrous that burger was. A total delight.

For the record, we couldn't handle the whole burger😩. We had to have it wrapped to go.

You cannot miss the opportunity to try the street cuisine of the city of Maturín. Without a doubt, it is always necessary.
