💙💙El chocolate es un producto de excelente calidad, el cual tengo la oportunidad de saber de donde proviene y como es todo el proceso, para el cultivo del cacao, antes de ser procesado y se convierta en muchos dulces de chocolates, en diferentes presentaciones, tales, como: bombones, toronto, galletas, tortas, dulces, caramelos, panes, helados, pudín, yogur, jugos, chocolate caliente, entre otras muchas formas de apreciarlo. El cacao, es una fruta noble y versátil al momento de combinar, con casi cualquier producto en la industria del dulce.

💚💚Les comenzare contando, que yo provengo de una familia dedicada a la plantación y cultivo de cacao. 💗El cacao es una planta que se puede sembrar y producir sus frutas en casi todo tipo de terreno. Este proceso comienza con la semilla, el cual se encuentra dentro de la maraca que nace de la planta y es el mismo fruto que es procesado para hacer chocolate.

💛💛La maraca de cacao se debe abrir y todas esas semillas se deben humedecer y colocar en un espacio, para que estas comiencen a tallarse, es decir comience a crecer un mínimo de brote, por donde comienza el crecimiento de la planta de cacao, una vez este proceso ocurre en una semana o un poco mas. Esta semilla, debe ser trasplantada a bolsas individuales con una tierra preparada, que tiene como 1 kilo de tierra aproximadamente. Si estas semillas se pegan bien, pasan de 2 a 3 meses allí, luego pueden ser sembrada en el terreno definitivo. Una vez trasplantada, si crece bien y no hay ningún problema, las plantas de cacao comienzan, a dar frutos luego de 2 años en adelante, en ese tiempo la planta mide mas de 1 metro, ella comienza su cosecha sin dejar de crecer, ya que ellas logran crecer hasta 5 metros de altura, mientras este proceso ocurre, la cantidad de cacao presentes en la planta, también incrementa, es decir, aumenta su producción.

💛💙❤️ Nota : La plata de cacao produce sus frutos, por un aproximado de 20 a 30 años, (es bien productiva, en sus cosechas ), luego de estos años comienza a bajar su producción, pero a un así, esta planta, puede alcanzar hasta 50 años de vida antes de morir, todo depende del clima donde se encuentra. 💛 La semilla de cacao cuando esta en baba o recién sacada de la maraca, pesa hasta cuatro veces su peso a diferencia, cuando ya esta seco y listo para ir al comerciante.
