In the school environment there are a series of components that help develop the primary function of any society, which is to educate future citizens. This structure is constituted by the personnel that interact in an institution or outside it (teachers, administrative, workers, directors, students and the community in general, each one fulfills specific objectives so that the art of educating is carried out effectively, thus achieving the integral formation of the new republican.

It is convenient to emphasize that the central aspect that sustains and regulates the actions and the way of acting of the characters that are participants of the educational fact is the administrative part, in it are immersed all the laws, regulations, circulars, memorandum that orient normatively the school fact. It is necessary to emphasize that educational administration is defined as the process and execution of decision-making related to the adequate combination and use of elements that are not exclusively pedagogical and that allow the effectiveness of the educational system, such as: the administration of goods and services, budget administration and personnel management.

In accordance with the above, it is essential that the person in charge of a school nucleus (principal) is the one who provides the necessary conditions so that at the beginning of each school year the administrative diagnosis is put into practice, which will emphasize how and what is the real situation of an institution in terms of physical plant, human and financial resources. This purpose is aimed at analyzing the performance capacity of each of the employees in the performance of their duties, with the intention of promoting the technical conditions that will improve their capabilities.

To achieve this, the organization of work is essential; each position within the structure of the staff requires a specific type of personnel with special aptitudes and characteristics. The purpose of managerial action is to ensure that all participants in the educational process are harmoniously integrated with efforts in the choice and achievement of educational objectives. For this reason, the main representative of a campus must ensure that his subordinates have an appreciation and fundamental knowledge of projects, plans, programs, and goals pursued by education with the purpose that they can choose the work procedures to succeed in educational management.

It is essential that the innovation process be present at all times in the administrative diagnosis, since it is of vital importance for the achievement of the objectives that an educational institution must reach. The most successful actions, the newest ones, are the ones that will allow the proper development of the educational task, thus promoting the proper functioning of a school entity. In this sense, according to De la Torre (1997), "innovation is one of the highest levels of creativity, linking aspects such as: initiative, inventiveness, originality, willingness to share values, projects, processes, joint actions and evaluative proposals". From the previous approach, it can be seen that innovation should be a shared, acceptable, original process, with a sample of providing resources that lead to change in any situation that merits transformation to ensure optimal development, which in this case is the administrative practice of a school.
