Fixing a soccer boot

So, on Friday a small boy brought his soccer boot to me to fix. He said he planned on playing football on Saturday and the sole of the soccer boot was starting to remove.

I decided to help him fix it. First, I used an old scissors to scrape off the old gum

Then I applied gum on the both sides of the open hole and used a brush to stop them from coming together

I waited a couple minutes for the gum to dry, then I pressed them together till I was satisfied.

Now, they were still some places that weren't completely together. So for those places I made use of shoe glue.

I put the shoe glue and held the little openings together for a couple seconds and that's it.

I also adviced him to stitch it round, but he didn't want to, so I let him be. He really liked it and he thanked me. Just incase you want to know the name of the boots it's an adidas F50 tunit.
