Before and after - watercolor on paper

The watercolor I am sharing today is part of a diptych I had painted for an exhibition on climate disruption on the planet. It leads us to reflect on the power of nature that could take back the spaces overwhelmingly occupied by man.

A before and an after that are now two adverbs of a dichotomy that represents both.

First the wild constructions, then nature takes back its spaces and returns lushly green.

Prima e dopo - acquarello su carta

L'acquarello che condivido oggi è parte di un dittico che avevo dipinto per una mostra sugli sconvolgimenti climatici del pianeta. Esso ci porta a riflettere sulla potenza della natura che potrebbe riprendersi gli spazi occupati prepotentemente dall'uomo.

Un prima e un dopo che ormai sono due avverbi di una dicotomia che li rappresenta entrambi.

Prima le costruzioni selvagge, poi la natura si riprende i suoi spazi e ritorna rigogliosamente verde.
