¡Hola a todos! El día de hoy les traigo un nuevo cover hecho, como siempre, con mucho cariño. Se trata pues de la canción de Billy Joel, titulada Uptown Girl. Un tema clásico de los años 80's.
Está canción siempre me hizo gracia, pues en el vídeo original Billy interpreta a un mecánico quién gusta de una chica de ciudad muy hermosa. Él está acompañado de algunos trabajadores más y al ritmo de la canción danzan por todo el taller. Unos pasos de baile muy buenos y un coro precioso. Finalmente nuestro Billy se queda con la preciosa mujer, superando la división entre hombre de clase baja y mujer de clase alta. Más o menos eso es lo que nos dan a entender.
Billy Joel es un gran artista con temas que ahora son un clásico y que podemos apreciar en momentos como estos. He aquí mi tributo hacía él.
