Saludos estimados amigos de @EmpowerTalent, es un honor para mí compartir una grata experiencia que viví hace un par de días. Resulta que hace un par de semanas una muy buena amiga me extendió una invitación que recibió por parte del Concejo Municipal, quienes querían un taller motivacional que les ayudara a mejorar en su área laboral.
Les confieso que la invitación me emociono muchísimo, pero al mismo tiempo me llene de miedo, sin embargo me llene de el mejor optimismo y junto a mi amiga nos preparamos para el miércoles 14 de febrero, si, el día del amor y la amistad.
El taller lo denominamos “El actitutómetro” (la actitud en las relaciones laborales), este término fue creado por nosotras, ya que si lo buscan por la web no aparece esta palabra, nuestra finalidad con este taller fue utilizar un instrumento de evaluación con el que pudiésemos inferir el nivel de disposición al trabajo, como se desenvuelven a nivel organizacional y su actitud ante los diferentes roles.
Realizamos algunas dinámicas para romper el hielo y hacer mucho más atractivo nuestro taller, de esta manera también los evaluábamos, mi papel fundamental estuvo dirigido en darles a conocer algunos principios básicos sobre el trabajo en equipo y para ello me apoye en una hermosa reflexión de un video denominado “El vuelo de los gansos”.
Resulta curioso evidenciar como las mejores enseñanzas de trabajo en equipo vienen desde el corazón de la naturaleza y por parte de los animales, esos pequeños seres que son irracionales, pero tienen un excelente sentido de compañerismo. Rápidamente les explicare un poco sobre estos fantásticas aves.
Resulta que los gansos migran de un lugar a otro en grupo y durante sus vuelo, se desplazan en forma de V, porque esto les permite crear mayor resistencia y facilidad de vuelo, si uno de ellos sale de la fila siente la diferencia del viento, que se hace mucho más pesada en comparación de cuando están en grupo. Reflejando este hecho a nivel organizacional nuestras cargas se hacen más livianas y pasajeras cuando contamos con el apoyo de un equipo, debemos primeramente como líder a aprender a delegar funciones.
Otra de las enseñanzas que nos dejan los gansos es el apoyo mutuo, cuando uno de los gansos se enferma, sale de la formación, pero un compañero lo acompaña. Como seres humanos es normal que nos enfermemos y nos ausentemos de nuestro lugar de trabajo, pero el trabajo se va a paralizar por esto? no debería verdad, de allí la importancia de que en un equipo de trabajo nos aprendamos a movilizar por los diferentes roles.
Esta otra cualidad me encanto, los gansos que se encuentran al final de vuelo, graznan para motivar a los que están en el frente, a esto le denomino comunicación efectiva en todo equipo organizacional es importante que nos animemos cuando estamos pasando por circunstancias difíciles, que nos alentemos en los días malos, esto es parte de la esencia de un buen equipo.
Los gansos comparte su liderazgo, qué bonita acción, cuando el líder se cansa, el deja su espacio al frente y se viene atrás, pero otro compañero toma su lugar, en un equipo de trabajo debemos aprender a escuchar las ideas innovadoras de nuestros compañeros, darlas a conocer al público, todos allí tenemos voz y voto, no todo lo debe encabezar el líder, todos tiene derecho a brillar con su propia luz.
Y por último y no menos importante los gansos son perseverantes y constantes, pasan por tormentas, cambios climáticos, pero no cesan su vuelo, allí continúan dando lo mejor de ellos porque tienen como equipo claro su objetivo llegar a un nuevo lugar. Esto es muy importante tener claro el objetivo a alcanzar, así que no lances la toalla en tu trabajo, apóyate, comparte con tus amigos, anímate y veraz que el recorrido será más efectivo y placentero.
Finalmente mis queridos amigos recuerden que el mantener una actitud positiva y cultivar el trabajo en equipo son aspectos fundamentales para hacer del éxito parte de tu día a día, esto no solo te beneficia a ti, sino que podemos extenderlo a la organización completa. La buena actitud frente al área de trabajo, es como el combustible que todos necesitamos para que las ideas y la productividad estén allí presente y puedas solventar los inconvenientes, además también favorece el ambiente laboral.
Mis estimados amigos la invitación es que seamos como los gansos, recuerda esta lectura cuando tengas algún problema en tu trabajo o a nivel personal, mantén esa actitud positiva, se solidario, optimista, recuerda que acompañado podemos llegar más lejos y que la felicidad es más bonita cuando la compartes en grupo, así que vuela cada día más alto.

Greetings dear friends of #EmpowerTalent, it is an honor for me to share a pleasant experience I lived a couple of days ago. It turns out that a couple of weeks ago a very good friend extended me an invitation she received from the City Council, who wanted a motivational workshop to help them improve in their work area.
I confess that the invitation made me very excited, but at the same time it filled me with fear, however I was filled with the best optimism and together with my friend we prepared for Wednesday February 14, yes, the day of love and friendship.
We called the workshop "The actitutometer" (the attitude in labor relations), this term was created by us, because if you look for it on the web this word does not appear, our purpose with this workshop was to use an evaluation tool with which we could infer the level of willingness to work, as they develop at the organizational level and their attitude to the different roles.
We made some dynamics to break the ice and make our workshop much more attractive, in this way we also evaluated them, my fundamental role was directed to let them know some basic principles about teamwork and for this I relied on a beautiful reflection of a video called "The flight of the geese".
It is curious to see how the best teachings of teamwork come from the heart of nature and by animals, those little beings that are irrational, but have an excellent sense of companionship. I will quickly explain a little about these fantastic birds.
It turns out that geese migrate from one place to another in a group and during their flight, they move in a V-shape, because this allows them to create greater resistance and ease of flight, if one of them leaves the line they feel the difference of the wind, which becomes much heavier compared to when they are in a group. Reflecting this fact at the organizational level, our burdens become lighter and more transient when we have the support of a team, we must first learn as a leader to delegate functions.
Another lesson the geese teach us is mutual support, when one of the geese gets sick, he leaves the formation, but a companion accompanies him. As human beings it is normal for us to get sick and be absent from our workplace, but the work is going to be paralyzed by this? it should not be true, hence the importance that in a work team we learn to mobilize for the different roles.
I love this other quality, the geese that are at the end of the flight, squawk to motivate those who are in front, I call this effective communication in any organizational team it is important that we encourage each other when we are going through difficult circumstances, that we encourage each other on bad days, this is part of the essence of a good team.
The geese share their leadership, what a beautiful action, when the leader gets tired, he leaves his space at the front and comes back, but another colleague takes his place, in a work team we must learn to listen to the innovative ideas of our colleagues, make them known to the public, everyone there has a voice and a vote, not everything should be headed by the leader, everyone has the right to shine with their own light.
And last but not least, geese are persevering and constant, they go through storms, weather changes, but they do not stop flying, they continue to give their best because they have a clear objective as a team to reach a new place. This is very important to have a clear objective to reach, so do not throw in the towel in your work, support yourself, share with your friends, cheer up and you will see that the journey will be more effective and pleasant.
Finally my dear friends remember that maintaining a positive attitude and cultivating teamwork are fundamental aspects to make success part of your day to day, this not only benefits you, but we can extend it to the entire organization. The good attitude in front of the work area is like the fuel that we all need so that ideas and productivity are there and you can solve the problems, it also favors the work environment.
My dear friends, the invitation is to be like geese, remember this reading when you have a problem at work or at a personal level, keep that positive attitude, be supportive, optimistic, remember that together we can go further and that happiness is more beautiful when you share it in a group, so fly higher every day.
