Las razones de mi estoicismo

Esta es una publicación basada en el tema de la semana propuesto por @talentos, conducido por @angelica7 y que en esta ocasión es tema libre a nuestra escogencia
Comparto mi punto de vista sobre otro tema interesante de los que tanto me apasiona el conversar.
Recientemente he estado bastante interesado en los temas de las humanidades,debido a que estoy participando en una comunidad que se llama Humanitas.
Aparte de que estoy muy contento a raíz de eso,pues estoy descubriendo temas que de verdad para mi resultan fascinantes y partiendo de las publicaciones que últimamente he hecho en relación a las humanidades y todo lo que tiene que ver con este tema, he decidido que aquí en Encuentro de Talentos puedo compartir también esta visión que tengo acerca de mi estoicismo, que es una humanidad.
Y es que encuentro que todo esto de aceptar las cosas como son sin preocuparse por cambiarlas, sino que las cosas funcionen de esta manera, son razones que me ayudan a mí a mejorar, a evolucionar, a sentirme mejor en la vida.
Asi que partiendo de este punto es que en este vídeo yo les comento todas las razones que yo tengo para ser practicante del estoicismo, que además puedo decirles que es algo que me gusta, y me ha dado una nueva perspectiva de la vida, me ha ayudado mucho a mejorar las relaciones con mis amistades, con los vecinos, y a entender que aceptar que lo que no puedo cambiar se tiene que quedar así de esa manera.
También me ayuda a entender que lo que sí puedo cambiar lo hago, pero acepto las cosas tal cual como son, entonces quería compartirles un poquito, hablarles un poquito sobre esto y espero que disfruten mi vídeo sobre el estoicismo y lo que planteo en esta ocasión, que en realidad es muy importante.
Es un tema que resulta muy interesante.
Yo soy estoico aproximadamente desde hace unos 15 años, que fue que descubrí esto acerca de este término y he aprendido a vivir la vida con este estilo que es minimalista y que además me parece fascinante, y me gusta mucho
Me gustaría saber y conocer si tú también eres estoico o estoica y qué opinas al respecto acerca de esto y de las razones que yo te nombro que tengo para hacerlo.

I share my point of view on another "flower-eater" topic that I am very reserved to talk about.
Recently I have been quite interested in humanities topics, because I am participating in a community called Humanitas.
Apart from the fact that I am very happy as a result of that, because I am discovering topics that are truly fascinating to me and based on the publications that I have made lately in relation to the humanities and everything that has to do with this topic, I have decided that here at Encuentro de Talentos I can also share this vision that I have about my stoicism, which is a humanity.
And I find that all this about accepting things as they are without worrying about changing them, but rather that things work this way, are reasons that help me to improve, to evolve, to feel better in life.
So starting from this point, in this video I tell you all the reasons I have for being a practitioner of Stoicism, which I can also tell you that it is something that I like, and it has given me a new perspective on life, it has helped a lot to improve relationships with my friends, with neighbors, and to understand that accepting that what I cannot change has to stay that way.
It also helps me understand that what I can change I do, but I accept things as they are, so I wanted to share a little with you, talk to you a little about this and I hope you enjoy my video about stoicism and what I propose on this occasion , which is actually very important.

I have been a Stoic for approximately 15 years, which is when I discovered this about this term and I have learned to live life with this style that is minimalist and that I also find fascinating, and I like it a lot.
