THE COLOR OF TALENTS FROM A LIVING AND EFFECTIVE WORD [ENG - ESP]

I find it interesting to understand how a book with so much history can be able to fully describe every aspect of our life, it seems that it could follow me everywhere or, failing that, that it is based on my experiences, I am sure that now I understand that phrase that says that it is a living and effective word.

Before continuing, it is necessary to make clear that my writing does not have a religious nature, although I will rely on certain passages that allow me to support this work, so that we must be aware and understand that each of us has our own tone or failing that shade that identifies us and allows us to give a tone or color to our life.

I would like you to see that color that identifies you as a talent, in other words, it represents that ability that we carry inside and that many do not know exists, if this is your case, have you ever wondered where is your talent, or rather what should I do to discover it, let me give you a great secret, you have to know that through our introspection you will know the answer, because this journey inward, as well as looking outward, allows us to find our true essence.

Now, in my opinion, we are the only ones responsible for cultivating our talents and I find the teaching found in the book of Matthew 25: 14-30, where the story of a man who gives different sums of money (talents) to several of his servants before leaving on a trip is narrated, upon returning it is normal to evaluate the management according to each talent given.

I think we all know the story and if you do not know the outcome of it, I invite you to read it, personally, I can realize that the story forces us to reflect on how we manage and put into practice our skills, knowing that each of us has unique skills, some of us are good at artistic level, others at intellectual level or perhaps at emotional level and that it is not enough to keep those talents, because the real reward comes when we are able to expand those skills and talents.

But if we go further, the parable lets us see that on many occasions we stagnate in our comfort zone, only because of fear and resistance to change, and this makes it impossible for us to multiply all that we have been given.

But don't worry, I'm sure many of us have become stagnant, however, the time has come to go inside ourselves, so I invite you to close your eyes and give yourself the opportunity to travel to the past, not only to your memories, maybe go also to those of your parents and grandparents, what do you see? What do you feel at that moment? Where are those dreams that you once had? Why have you abandoned them?

I am sure that while you were looking and traveling inside yourself, some glimpses of those dreams that you had forgotten appeared and it is here, where we can see reflected our true yearnings, but above all our true struggles.

This journey allows us to return to our seed, the one that shows our talents and represents the roots of our passions, but, above all, the one that allows us to find ourselves again, giving us the opportunity to improve, to grow, but above all to fight for our dreams.

Consequently, dear reader, when we understand the exercise of the color of talent, we realize that we are able to penetrate the farthest layers of our being, to such an extent that it allows us to rewrite our history based on the gifts and talents that have been given to us. So the next time you find yourself lost in the midst of your own doubts and fears, remember this journey into the past, where there were people who supported you and believed in your abilities to be great in life.

Me resulta interesante comprender como un libro con tanta historia, pueda ser capaz de describir a plenitud cada aspecto de nuestra vida, parece que pudiera seguirme a todos lados o en su defecto, que está basado en mis vivencias, estoy seguro que ahora comprendo aquella frase que dice que es una palabra viva y eficaz.

Antes de continuar, es necesario dejar claro que mi escrito no tiene una índole religiosa, aunque me apoyare es ciertos pasajes que me permitan sustentar este trabajo, de manera que debemos ser conscientes y comprender que cada uno de nosotros tenemos nuestro propio tono o en su defecto de ese matiz que nos identifica y que permite otorgar una tonalidad o color a nuestra vida.

Quisiera que vieras ese color que te identifica como un talento, en otras palabras, representa esa habilidad que llevamos por dentro y que muchos no sabemos que existe, si es tu caso, alguna vez te has preguntado ¿Dónde se encuentra tu talento? o más bien ¿Qué debo hacer para descubrirlo?, pues déjame regalarte un gran secreto, tienes que conocer que medio de nuestra introspección conocerás la respuesta, ya que este viaje hacia adentro, así como mirar hacia afuera, nos permite encontrar nuestra verdadera esencia.

Ahora bien, a mi entender, somos los únicos responsables de cultivar nuestros talentos y me parece oportuna la enseñanza que encontramos en el libro de Mateo 25: 14-30, donde se narra la historia de un hombre que entrega diferentes sumas de dinero (talentos) a varios de sus siervos ante de irse de viaje, al regresar es normal evaluar la gestión en función de cada talento entregado.

Creo que todos conocemos la historia y si no sabes el desenlace de la misma, te invito a leerla, en lo personal, puedo darme cuenta que la historia nos obliga a reflexionar sobre el cómo administramos y ponemos en prácticas nuestras habilidades, sabiendo que cada uno pose habilidades únicas, algunos somos buenos a nivel artísticos, otros a nivel intelectual o quizás a nivel emocional y que no basta con conservar esos talentos, ya que la verdadera recompensa llega cuando somos capaces de expandir esas habilidades y esos talentos.

Pero si vamos más allá, la parábola nos deja ver que en muchas ocasiones nos estancamos en nuestra zona de confort, solo por el temor y la resistencia al cambio y esto nos imposibilita y nos impide multiplicar todo aquello que se nos ha otorgado.

Pero no te preocupes, estoy seguro que muchos nos hemos estacando, sin embargo, ha llegado el momento de ir a nuestro interior, así que te invito a cerrar tus ojos y date la oportunidad de viajar al pasado, no solo a tus recuerdos, quizás ve también a los de tus padres y abuelos, ¿Qué vez? ¿Qué sientes en ese momento? ¿Dónde quedaron esos sueños que anteriormente tenías? ¿Por qué los has abandonado?

Estoy seguro, que mientras mirabas y viajabas a tu interior, algunos destellos de esos sueños que habías olvidados aparecieron y es aquí, donde podemos ver reflejado nuestros verdaderos anhelos, pero sobre todo nuestras verdaderas luchas.

Ese viaje, nos permite volver a nuestra semilla, esa que demuestra nuestros talentos y representa las raíces de nuestras pasiones, pero, sobre todo, esa que nos permite reencontrarnos con nosotros mismos, brindándonos la oportunidad de mejorar, crecer, pero sobre todo luchar por nuestros sueños.

En consecuencia, estimado lector, cuando comprendemos el ejercicio del color del talento, nos damos cuenta que podemos incursionar en las capas más lejanas de nuestro ser, a tal punto que nos permite reescribir nuestra historia en función a los dones y talentos que se nos han brindado. Así que la próxima vez que te encuentres perdido en medio de tus propias dudas y temores, recuerda este viaje al pasado, donde hubo personas que te apoyaron y que creyeron en tus habilidades para ser grande en la vida.
