Continúan mis guardias como Médico Rural, continúa la locura en la emergencia; conseguí trabajo en una clínica privada, donde los casos insólitos tampoco pueden faltar, pero sin duda alguna los mejores están en el ambulatorio, debido a que acuden muchos más pacientes.

My shifts continue as a Rural Doctor, the madness in the emergency continues; I got a job in a private clinic, where unusual cases can't be lacking either, but without a doubt, the best ones are in the outpatient clinic, because many more patients come.

En mi guardia pasada tuve la oportunidad de ayudar a traer a un nuevo niño al mundo, ya con este, es el 5to parto que atiendo como Rural, un hermoso gordito de 3.500 Kg, a quien su madre le puso por nombre Isaac. Tardó un buen rato en salir, pero al final se logró.

In my last watch I had the opportunity to help bring a new child into the world, already with this, it is the 5th delivery that I attend as Rural, a beautiful chubby 3,500 Kg, whose mother named him Isaac. It took a long time to come out, but in the end it was achieved.

Aquí esta con su madre, justo después de nacer, tratando de darle de amantar. Algo que me causó muchísima gracia de este niño, es que tenía el cabello bastante rizado; algo que jamás había visto en un bebé Recién Nacido. La mayoría nace con el cabello lacio y después es que cambia.

Here he is with his mother, just after he was born, trying to nurse him. Something that caused me a lot of grace about this child, is that he had quite curly hair; something I had never seen in a Newborn baby. Most are born with straight hair and then it changes.

Otro de los casos curiosos que me llegó fue hace un par de guardias atrás; fue este pequeño de 2 años que metió el dedo en este trozo de hierro; fue una odisea quitárselo, además que el pobre niño no paraba de llorar ya que le dolía muchísimo. Tenía tanto tiempo con el dedo allí metido que ya se había empezado a inflamar.

Another of the curious cases that came to me was a couple of guards ago; It was this little 2-year-old who stuck his finger in this piece of iron; It was an odyssey to take it off, besides the poor boy couldn't stop crying since it hurt him a lot. The finger had been in there for so long that it had already started to swell.

Otra historia bastante inusual, pero de esa si no tengo fotos; es de una niña que se pegó las pestañas con pega de uñas jajajaja. Ese caso no me llegó a mi sino a unos compañeros, pero fue bastante gracioso. Bueno, eso es todo por esta ocasión; espero pronto traerles nuevas historias para contar.

Another quite unusual story, but I don't have photos of that one; It's from a girl who glued her eyelashes with nail glue hahahaha. That case did not come to me but to some colleagues, but it was quite funny. Well, that's all for this time; I hope soon to bring you new stories to tell.
