Fine when in the same boat those who are ready to do it synchronously sit on the oars, listening to other rowers raising and lowering the oars simultaneously with other rowers.
Moreover these can be completely different people with different worldviews from different cultures accustomed to different foundations of life.
And sometimes they sit in a boat as it seems, people living in the same country in the same village in the same house belong to the same subculture they were brought up in the same way and they watched the same cartoons in their childhood and read the same fairy tales but they cannot find fret and continue rowing asynchronously.
