This is how I dressed on day three of my jumping rope challenge, I wore a pair of leguis with the design of the flag of my country Venezuela well fitted and that compresses my abdomen and a black cotton t-shirt I felt quite comfortable, to perform my challenge and improvise some fun poses to show them.
Looking at my pictures I see that I am gaining confidence fast and I hope to have a collection of nice pictures to show you around this community if you want to see my workout post they are in my previous post.

Así me vestí el día tres de mi reto saltando la cuerda, utilicé unos leguis con el diseño de la bandera de mi país Venezuela bien ajustada y que me comprime el abdomen y una camiseta de algodón negra me sentí bastante cómoda, para realizar mi reto e improvisar algunas poses divertidas para enseñárselas.
Mirando mis fotografías veo que estoy agarrando confianza de forma rápida y espero tener una colección de lindas fotos para enseñar por esta comunidad si quieres ver mi post de ejercicios están en mi publicación anterior.
