Tres aspectos importantes a cuidar en la vida | Tiempo

Como les he comentado la primera semana de enero tomo algo de tiempo para mi, de hecho hago mis primeras formaciones y hago una retrospectiva profundada del año anterior.

Hoy día con el ritmo de vida que llevamos es muy valorada la capacidad de enfoque (todos quieren nuestra atención). Unas de las habilidades más valoradas en nuestras vidas: Cuidar nuestra energía, nuestro enfoque y nuestro tiempo.

Es algo muy fácil de decir, pero no tan sencillo de ejecutar, hay metodologías y procesos que se pueden adatar para cada quien, . Si este tema te despierta curiosidad te invito a reflexionar sobre estos aspectos en tu vida y como cuidas cada uno de ellos, yo lo estoy haciendo y me ha sido de mucha utilidad :-).

As I told you, I will take some time for myself in the first week of January. I do my first training and make a deep retrospective of the previous year.

Nowadays, with the speed of life, we lead, the ability to focus is highly valued (everyone wants our attention). One of the most valued skills in our lives: Taking care of our energy, our focus, and our time.
