My family celebrated my dad's birthday on Camiguin Island.
Everyone was busy. My mom and my sister, cousins, and aunts helped each other prepare food for the said celebration.
A lot of food was served. Chicken Surol, Fried Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Hamunada, Lechon Belly, Sutanghon, Lumpia, and deserts like Salad and Spaghetti.
It was a bummer I couldn't be there physically but seeing the pictures they sent me and knowing that my dad was happy with how the day turned out, left me with a good feeling too.
Maybe someday we'll get to celebrate each other's birthday together, but for now, I'm contented that everyone's healthy and happy.
